Philosophy

Jenna is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and takes an integrative and person-centered approach to treatment, pulling from a variety of modalities and therapeutic approaches to best meet each individual’s specific needs. She believes that the relationship between client and therapist is an essential component of the therapeutic process, and prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgmental, validating environment by encouraging self-exploration, curiosity, and communication.

Joy

Jenna finds joy in cross-country road trips, hiking, camping, film photography, and spending time with her beagle (Andy)!
