Jenna is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience working with folks struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ issues.  Jenna has worked with individuals and groups in a variety of settings and across various levels of care. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University. Prior to pursuing a career in social work, she primarily worked with children and adolescents in an educational setting, providing academic and behavioral interventions.

Jenna is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist and takes an integrative and person-centered approach to treatment, pulling from a variety of modalities and therapeutic approaches to best meet each individual’s specific needs. She believes that the relationship between client and therapist is an essential component of the therapeutic process, and prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgmental, validating environment by encouraging self-exploration, curiosity, and communication.

Jenna finds joy in cross-country road trips, hiking, camping, film photography, and spending time with her beagle (Andy)!

Jenna sees clients out of our RTP office, as well as by telehealth.
