You’re not alone
Eating disorders such as anorexia, bulimia and binge eating are more common than ever. Obsessive thoughts and negative feelings about food and body image are endemic in our image-driven social media environment. Deep-rooted personal experiences, trauma, attachment issues and other challenges can also feed food and body image struggles.
As a result, many people feel stuck and unhappy — held back by obsession. They may feel powerless to achieve goals, break dysfunctional relationship patterns or simply feel joy.
CAS Counseling therapists have specialized training in eating disorders. We also have extensive experience helping clients with attachment problems, relationships, academic and career challenges, trauma and a wide range of emotional issues.
You are so much more than a diagnosis. Our therapists work to get to know the authentic you — helping you be happy while being fully yourself.
Working with a CAS Counseling therapist can give you the knowledge, self-awareness and confidence to face whatever challenges and opportunities life brings your way.
CAS is an inclusive and welcoming space
We support our clients and all the diversity with which they identify. This is fundamental to our mission, our values, and all our relationships, both professionally and personally.
