Zoom Out is a space for adolescents to connect and catch a break from the confusion and chaos of this time. Zoom Out is for teens struggling with Eating Disorders and Body Image. We’ll work together to create a caring and supportive environment.

Our 6-week group will start on Wednesday, January 12th and help enter the winter months with extra support and coping skills on hand. We’ll talk, create, play, and practice skills for thriving in an unpredictable time. Our space is expressly open and affirming to adolescents of all identities, expressions, and orientations.
