Together: A Support Group for Adults Recovering from Eating Disorders

Starting December 2, 2021, join us for a free, virtual, support group for adults 18+ in recovery from eating disorders. Together is for those who are in recovery and desire a safe space for connection, accountability, support, and sharing. Together, we are welcoming and affirming of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations. Together will meet weekly on Thursdays at 6:00PM.

Circles of Support: Education and Community for Parents with Love Ones With an Eating Disorder

Meeting Every Other Wednesday 12:00 – 1:00 pm, Starting 2/2/22 | Join at any part of the 6 week cycle! An essential adjunct to traditional treatment, this group will help you feel more connected to your child or teen’s treatment and informed about the complexities of eating disorders. Led jointly by a therapist and dietitian, both who specialize in the treatment of eating disorders, this every other week series will focus on both education and community, providing space for learning, discussion and support.

Starting Wednesday, January 12, 2022, Zoom Out is a 6-week group for adolescents to connect and catch a break from the confusion and chaos of this time. We’ll talk, create, play, and practice skills for thriving in an unpredictable time. Our space is expressly open and affirming to adolescents of all identities, expressions, and orientations.
