Together! is a virtual, support group for adults 18+ in recovery from eating disorders. Together! is for those who are in recovery and desire a safe space for connection, accountability, support, and sharing. Together! We are welcoming and affirming of all backgrounds, identities, and orientations. Together! meets weekly on Thursdays at 6:00PM.

Bump, Birth and Beyond is a free, virtual support group for pregnant individuals and mothers/birthing people with infants up to one-year old.* Navigating pregnancy and life with a new baby is tough. Anxiety, depression, postpartum mental health concerns and other challenges make it tougher.  You shouldn’t have to face it alone!
