Background

Trisha is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience treating a variety of mental health issues at the inpatient, residential, and outpatient level. She especially enjoys providing individual, family, and group therapy to people struggling with trauma, personality disorders, addiction, and eating disorders. Trisha earned her Bachelors of Social Work from James Madison University in Virginia and then spent time working at an acute care inpatient psychiatric facility. She then returned to school and earned her Masters of Social Work from the University of South Carolina, where she focused on working with individuals struggling with process addictions. 

Trisha welcomes people of all presentations.

 

Philosophy

Trisha believes that therapy is a space to practice accepting yourself and your circumstances while creating room for growth and change. As your therapist, Trisha will support you in exploring the different dimensions of wellness and the relationship between your mind, body, and spirit. Trisha’s hope for you is to move forward from your experience in therapy feeling empowered and capable of living a life full of purpose.

 

Joy

Trisha finds joy in spending time with her furbabies, hosting friends, being at the lake, and baking cookies.
