Trisha believes that therapy is a space to practice accepting yourself and your circumstances while creating room for growth and change. As your therapist, Trisha will support you in exploring the different dimensions of wellness and the relationship between your mind, body, and spirit. Trisha’s hope for you is to move forward from your experience in therapy feeling empowered and capable of living a life full of purpose.

Trisha finds joy in spending time with her furbabies, hosting friends, being at the lake, and baking cookies.
