Philosophy

Sandrine’s philosophy is that we are all able to heal from trauma and other things that hold us back. Seeking help is the first step towards realizing our health goals. Mental health is just as important as physical health, which is why she believes in a collaborative process that addresses the whole-person.

Joy

Outside of work, Sandrine enjoys being active. She loves hiking, podcasts, travel, exploring new places, and spending time with people she loves. She also has a special place for dance and has experience with different dance styles and music. Sandrine also loves meeting people from different cultures and speaks 4 foreign languages.
