Kate is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience providing individual, family and group therapy to people struggling with eating disorders, depression, anxiety, OCD and ADHD. Kate has a particular interest in the connection between ADHD and eating disorders.

Kate believes in implementing a combination of therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s specific needs, including utilizing aspects of CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. She is particularly interested in the impact of attachment on interpersonal relationships and often incorporates attachment-curiousity into the treatment process. Kate prioritizes creating a safe, non-judgemental environment for all clients as they work toward meeting their goals.

Kate finds joy in travelling, exploring new places in the Triangle, baking and trying new restaurants.

Kate sees clients out of our Raleigh and RTP offices, as well as by telehealth.
